Mondre Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Engineer / Mechanical Engineer to support a variety of energy and engineering projects, applying analytical skills to evaluate energy use, building systems, and energy efficiency opportunities.

The role involves developing engineering and financial models, performing data analysis, researching technologies such as solar PV and BESS, and preparing technical reports and other deliverables for commercial, industrial, and government properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Experience with technical data and analytical models.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and engineering software.

Responsabilités

• Conduct energy audits and building assessments for diverse properties.
• Evaluate HVAC, BMS, controls, and other energy systems.
• Develop energy-use profiles and identify energy conservation measures.
• Perform energy modeling and financial analyses of projects.
• Support electrification, capital planning, and infrastructure improvements.
• Prepare technical reports and proposals for clients.
