Job summary

McClure Company is seeking a Project Development Specialist to conduct in-depth site surveys, coordinate with internal teams, and support energy-focused analyses and cost reviews. The role involves collaboration with subcontractors and customers to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.

You will assist with technical project documentation, including bid materials, drawings, and specifications, and provide engineering guidance throughout development, construction, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in construction, engineering, or energy industry.
• Bachelor, Associate, or Trade School degree preferred.
• Industry certifications such as CEM, CMVP, PE, FE are a plus.
• Ability to work with sales and engineering teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth site surveys to identify existing systems and conditions within facilities.
• Facilitate communication among internal team, sub-contractors, and customers.
• Assist with calculations and analyses focusing on energy and life cycle costs; review estimates.
