Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering from an accredited program.
• Experience in at least one discipline such as HVAC, plumbing/piping, electrical, lighting, or building envelope.
• Ability to use at least one building system simulation tool for consulting and analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software for analysis and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high performance design strategies through performance modeling.
• Develop and optimize analytical tools and processes for design insight.
• Provide timely, design-relevant insights to internal teams, partners and clients.
• Interpret basis of design and information from surveys, field data, and codes.
