SEVCA is seeking a Crew Technician to join a field crew delivering weatherization services across southeastern Vermont. You will work under the Crew Lead and Operations Manager to improve home health, safety, comfort, and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some construction experience with basic tools.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and as a team member.
• Commitment to treat clients with respect and dignity.
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills.
• Preferred: light carpentry skills and driving experience with non-CDL vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Field Preparation and Readiness: arrive prepared to work and load trucks with needed tools and materials.
• Installation and Craftsmanship: install energy conservation measures per work scope and weatherization standards.
• Teamwork and Communication: collaborate with Crew Lead and teammates for a safe, efficient site.
• Client and Community Engagement: represent SEVCA professionally and respectfully in client interactions.
• Safety and Compliance: follow all safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Documentation: maintain daily timesheets and submit for approval.
