Job summary

Resource Innovations is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Indianapolis, IN area team. You will perform warehousing tasks, including pulling, assembling, and packing customer orders for energy efficiency programs and events.

Responsibilities include receiving and organizing materials, staging for field technicians, tracking inventory, and ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations. A high school diploma and at least six months of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Six months of warehouse-related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for long periods.
• Able to operate pallet jacks or willing to be trained.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, store, and record energy-efficiency measures and materials.
• Pick, stage, and issue materials for field technicians based on work orders.
• Track serial-numbered devices and inventory from receipt to issuance and reconciliation.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Process returned, defective, or replaced equipment per procedures.
• Organize and consolidate products with pallet jacks and wrap/label for shipping.
• Load pallets into storage and palletize for bi-weekly pickups.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse areas and perform other duties as assigned.
