Job summary

New York Technology Partners seeks an Outreach Supervisor to lead and coordinate program pipeline, manage inquiries, and serve as main POC among public, program management, and clients. You will oversee day-to-day supervision of Outreach staff and track KPIs to drive results.

You will produce regular reports, update manuals and guidelines, analyze pipeline data, resolve escalations, and collaborate across teams to meet monthly targets and program savings goals.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience in program management and KPI tracking.
• Understanding of energy efficiency programs and incentives.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet monthly targets.
• Validate projects meet program requirements and perform QA reviews.
• Update manuals, guidelines, and FAQs.
• Track and analyze pipeline data and reporting.
• Oversee Outreach staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present program details for recruitment and training purposes.
