Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance or related field plus 7 years in energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields.
• Experience managing vendor performance and leading cross-functional teams.
• Energy Efficiency or Electric Vehicle program experience.
• Management/leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor performance and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program services and improve customer experience.
• Develop and maintain processes; oversee controls, compliance, and invoicing.
• Monitor KPIs and report program status to senior management.
