Job summary

Resource Innovations is a Connecticut-based, women-led energy transformation firm focused on impact, delivering utility energy efficiency programs and managing partner relationships across the delivery teams. We are seeking a Partner Relations Associate to advance projects from outreach to closeout with emphasis on collaboration and customer service.

The role requires 2–4+ years in energy efficiency or related fields, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4+ years of energy efficiency program experience or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and communication across diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with multi-priority management.
• Willingness to travel locally with a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for distributors, contractors, utility partners, and internal teams.
• Advance projects through proactive communication, coordination, and follow-up.
• Support program partners with presentations, trainings, and in-person events.
• Develop and distribute marketing content related to program updates.
• Assist with application support, project tracking, and documentation.
• Monitor activity, maintain project databases, and support reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support program goals and improvement.
• Adapt to changing needs while maintaining customer service and satisfaction.
