TEKsystems is hiring an Energy Efficiency Engineer to support commercial and industrial energy efficiency initiatives across New England. The role blends engineering analysis, consulting, site evaluations, and customer engagement to uncover and implement meaningful energy-saving opportunities.

The position emphasizes working directly with customers while applying technical knowledge to解决 energy challenges across diverse facilities in MA, CT, and NH.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing commercial or industrial energy efficiency opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, lighting systems, motors, controls, and building systems.
• Strong engineering and energy savings calculation experience.
• Ability to work directly with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate energy efficiency opportunities for commercial and industrial customers.
• Perform electric and natural gas energy savings calculations.
• Conduct site inspections and equipment assessments.
• Analyze HVAC, lighting, controls, motors, and other building systems.
• Support implementation of utility-sponsored energy efficiency initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Research and evaluate emerging energy technologies.
• Support program delivery, customer education, and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive successful project outcomes.
