Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced development professional for a privately held global power infrastructure developer with offices in Boston and Houston. The role focuses on leading the development and acquisition of power generation projects tied to AI, data centers, and energy transition goals.

You will manage negotiations, permitting, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating with engineering, finance, and legal teams to advance opportunities from development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in energy, development, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and project leadership skills.
• Solid commercial and financial acumen.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial development through financial close
• Manage site negotiations, permitting, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee commercial agreements, financing, construction, and operational contracts
• Coordinate closely with engineering, finance, legal, and internal teams
• Evaluate new development and acquisition opportunities and participate in bid processes
