Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in development and strategy.
• Experience in development in the Midwest or Northeast preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to negotiate.
• Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience with land use, permitting, and interconnection processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute project development strategy in the region.
• Oversee site development including permitting, land acquisition, and stakeholder relations.
• Coordinate with origination to cultivate customer relationships.
• Manage project budget and schedule; drive profitability of utility-scale projects.
• Collaborate with internal/external resources on interconnection and transactions.
