Job summary

Orangepeople is seeking a Program Manager to lead data-centric energy data initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will own data collection, QA/QC, and reporting across energy sources, supporting Net Zero forecasting and portfolio management.

The role emphasizes strong communication to technical and non-technical audiences, plus experience with large datasets, analytics, and GHG accounting concepts. A structured, collaborative approach is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of program management, data operations, or analytics coordination.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets, QA/QC, and multi-source analysis.
• Familiarity with corporate GHG accounting (Scope 1–3) and data validation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own energy activity data across Scope 1, 2, and 3 from collection to reporting to Net Zero teams.
• Analyze EAC portfolio and support portfolio management and modeling tooling.
• Run recurring data collection, QA/QC, and YoY analyses and maintain reporting cadence.
• QC data pulls from energy data systems, investigate anomalies, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate across partners.
• Support emissions forecasting cadence and provide QA on data behind forecasts.
• Develop program-management artifacts, trackers, and executive updates for leadership forums.
