Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring a Program Manager to own client energy data across Scope 1, 2, and 3, from collection through reporting handoff. You will coordinate QA/QC, support emissions forecasting, and work with the Net Zero team to ensure accurate inputs for regulatory disclosures.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience managing multiple data-driven workstreams in a fast-paced environment and strong communication to leadership audiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with large datasets, QA/QC, and multi-source reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions concepts and activity data.
• Exceptional project management in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with data presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own energy data across Scope 1, 2, and 3 from collection to reporting handoff.
• Analyze data related to EAC portfolio and support portfolio management and modeling.
• Maintain data collection, QA/QC cadence and YoY analyses.
• Coordinate data flows across cross-functional partners to ensure complete inputs.
• Support emissions forecasting and QA the energy data behind forecasts.
