Job summary

Accenture Flex seeks a seasoned Program Manager to own the day-to-day management of client energy data across Scope 1 through Scope 3, coordinating QA/QC, data pulls, and reporting handoff to the Net Zero team in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop program artifacts, dashboards, and executive-ready updates, and support external assurance activities while tracking KPIs and ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with large datasets, collecting QA QCing and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with GHG emissions accounting concepts Scope 1-3 and the activity data underpinning an emissions inventory.
• Exceptional project management skills in a fast paced matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present data and insights to diverse audiences.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of client energy data across Scope 1, 2 and 3 from collection to reporting handoff.
• Perform analyses on data portfolios and support development of internal systems for portfolio management and modeling.
• Run and maintain QA QC data pulls, follow-ups, YoY analysis, and ensure reporting remains on schedule.
• Coordinate data and process flows across cross-functional partners to ensure complete inputs from source to reporting.
