Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume phone call settings (preferred).
• Experience in the oil and propane industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person to provide support and information.
• Process orders for products or services and enter into systems.
• Escalate questions to specialists when needed and ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of inquiries and feedback.
