You will collect orders, inform customers about products, and route questions to the appropriate specialist. This role emphasizes service, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Oil and propane industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers by phone, email, or in person to provide support and information; acts as liaison between customers and the company.
• Collects and enters orders for products or services.
• Forwards customer questions to the assigned specialist or appropriate staff.
• Handles questions/complaints; escalates when beyond knowledge to the specialist staff.
• Ensures actions taken to resolve problems; maintains customer accounts and records.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
