Responsibilities

• Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for energy customers.
• Assist customers with questions, account information, service requests, and general energy needs.
• Coordinate customer requests with sales, delivery, service, and operations teams.
• Help resolve customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide the level of service they expect from Premier Cooperative.
• Assist with customer communications, mailings, promotions, and other Energy Division initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Energy Division Manager.
• Help coordinate meetings, schedules, communications, and follow-up items.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, presentations, and other materials.
• Help track projects, deadlines, customer initiatives, and division priorities.
• Assist with gathering and organizing information for budgeting, planning, pricing, sales, and operational discussions.
• Communicate and coordinate with employees across locations and departments.
• Help keep projects moving by following up on information, responsibilities, and next steps.
• Maintain organized and accurate records.
• Support special projects and other needs within the Energy Division.
