Job summary

The Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA) seeks a highly collaborative Content Marketing Manager to translate SEPA’s complex research, datasets, and programmatic initiatives into compelling content for external audiences and stakeholders.

This Marketing Manager will partner with the Research & Industry Strategy team to elevate SEPA’s voice in the energy conversation, including video, animations, and interactive content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content marketing, brand communications, public sector or association marketing, product marketing, or partner marketing.
• Exceptional copywriting, editing and storytelling skills across written and visual formats.
• Hands-on experience directing or storyboarding new content formats with external creatives.
• Experience collaborating with technical subject matter experts, researchers, or analysts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the R&IS team to translate research into integrated marketing campaigns.
• Write, edit and refine external-facing content (executive summaries, blogs, landing pages).
• Direct multimedia production: short-form video, motion graphics, interactive content with freelancers.
• Coordinate multi-channel promotions for co-branded partner programs and learning offerings.
