We help multifamily and commercial property owners reduce operating expenses and comply with local energy regulations by delivering strategic, cost-effective energy solutions. Through our competitive RFP process, we compare proposals side by side from top-tier solar providers, engineering firms, and roofing contractors—ensuring our clients get the best solution at the best price.
We also specialize in energy benchmarking, Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) compliance, energy audits, and utility procurement. Our clients, ranging from property managers and condo/co-op boards to commercial real estate firms, trust us to guide them through complex decisions with clarity and confidence.

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager & Energy Consultant to lead sales for solar and energy benchmarking services in DC and Maryland. This is a hybrid role that combines consultative sales, technical understanding, and relationship-building with commercial and multifamily property stakeholders.
This is not a plug-and-play sales job. Our industry is constantly evolving, and success in this role requires an inquisitive mindset, comfort with complex services, and a strong desire to understand before you sell.
If you’re a proactive communicator who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment and can move quickly while learning deeply, you’ll be a great fit.
Location: This position will be remote, but you must have easy access to the Washington, DC metro area for occasional site visits, meetings, and team / networking events.
