Job summary

Veregy is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations for energy construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will manage department leaders, foremen, and trade personnel while coordinating with estimators to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in construction management at a supervisory level and strong organizational skills. Local travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Trade construction management experience required.
• 3+ years superintendent level experience or above.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development of procedures to increase division effectiveness.
• Manages department leaders and foremen and assigned trade personnel.
• Ensures customer satisfaction, quality, and proactive improvement.
• Coordinates with estimators to meet sales goals and project delivery.
• Reviews projects for cost control and profitability.
• Oversees turnover process for projects from estimating department.
