Job summary

Quorum Software is seeking a Product Expert for Energy Components in Houston, a hybrid role within the Global Services team. You will lead design, implementation, testing and upgrades of Energy Components projects for upstream/midstream oil & gas customers.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in EC deployments, strong PL/SQL, LNG project experience and proven people leadership. You will mentor team members, manage milestones, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

7+ years of EC implementation experience.
Strong PL/SQL skills and data management.
LNG export expertise in EC projects.
Good understanding of Oil & Gas (Upstream/Midstream).
Demonstrated ownership of commitments and high-quality delivery.
People management including hiring and onboarding.
Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Provide Design, Implementation, Testing, Support and Upgrade services around Energy Components.
Take ownership of assigned tasks.
Oversee work of team members and ensure quality, timely delivery and documentation.
Balance workload across multiple upgrades and customers.
Plan milestones: estimation, kickoff, validation, and go-live cutover activities.
Track project progress and mitigate risks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to satisfy deliverables.
Communicate project status with stakeholders.
Demonstrate mastery and drive improvements for technical skills.
Mentor team members to achieve career goals and team objectives.
Serve as a Quorum SME in client conversations.
Oversee implementation of best practices and broadcast process changes.
