Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in data management.
• 2+ years in the sustainability sector.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data pipelines, QA, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance and reporting program for NYC DEM and LL84/LL95 requirements.
• Coordinate data collection from multiple agencies and external sources for accuracy.
• Manage benchmarking and data uploads to EPA Portfolio Manager and DOB submissions.
• Oversee QA processes for energy data and related agency communications.
• Maintain data flows across systems and ensure timely reporting.
• Supervise analysts and support project planning and timelines.
