CodeGreen Sustainability in New York City is seeking a Project Manager to lead utility data management and benchmarking compliance across major markets. You will own client relationships, oversee data quality, and guide portfolios through building performance standards.

The role is hybrid, based in NYC with options for DC or Boston, reporting to the Director, Building Performance Standards. A strong data and sustainability background is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sustainability consulting or related fields.
• Hands-on ESPM experience is required.
• Familiarity with NYC LL84/LL97, DC BEPS, or Boston BERDO 2.0 is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual benchmarking submissions and BPS compliance strategy for NYC, DC, and Boston.
• Manage end-to-end utility data workflows across electricity, gas, water, and other fuels.
• Provide training to client stakeholders on utility data hygiene and ESPM.
• Mentor Sustainability Analysts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
