Job summary

Moss is seeking a Manager, Energy Communications to lead internal and field communications for its Energy business unit nationwide. You will translate business priorities into clear messages for a distributed workforce, including field teams, craft staff, and corporate colleagues.

The role demands a strong writer with editorial discipline who can advise leaders and partner across Safety, Operations and HR to streamline communications while supporting campaigns and change initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in communications fields.
  • 7+ years of progressive communications experience, including employee/internal/field/change communications.
  • Experience supporting a distributed frontline or operational workforce preferred.
  • Background in construction, energy, utilities, infrastructure or similar environment preferred.
  • Ability to counsel leaders and build trusted relationships across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal and field communications across Moss' Energy BU to connect field and office teammates to priorities and milestones.
  • Manage recurring Energy communications products with clear, timely content aligned to editorial standards.
  • Maintain the Energy BU editorial calendar with cross-functional inputs and timing.
