Job summary

Moss is seeking a Manager, Energy Communications to lead internal and field communications for the Energy business unit. You will translate business priorities into clear messaging for a large, geographically distributed workforce, partnering with energy leaders and project teams to deliver high‑quality communications at pace.

You will manage leader communications, dashboards and tools, measure engagement and continuously improve channels while aligning with editorial standards and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, business administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive communications experience across employee, internal, field or change communications.
• Experience supporting a distributed frontline or operational workforce preferred.
• Background in construction, energy, utilities, infrastructure or similar operational environments preferred.
• Ability to counsel leaders and build trusted relationships across levels.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with speed and precision.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and field communications execution across the Energy BU to connect field, remote and office teammates to priorities and milestones.
• Manage recurring Energy communications and editorial standards across channels.
• Maintain the Energy BU editorial calendar with cross-functional inputs.
• Develop leader communications including talking points, emails, presentations and FAQs.
• Equip project leaders with practical communications tools for their teams.
• Track reach and engagement; produce quarterly scorecards to improve channels.
