Gray Construction is seeking an Energy Marshal to join our Field Operations Team on project sites across the United States. This field-based role requires hands-on supervision of energization, testing, and energy isolation procedures to keep projects compliant and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will hold NEC knowledge, NFPA 70e certification, and a Journeyman or Master Electrician license, with at least five years of related experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Extensive NEC knowledge and experience with MV/HV systems
• NFPA 70e Certification required
• Data Center experience is a plus
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
• Visa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Mansioni

• Ensure inspection and testing docs are complete before energization; coordinate with QC
• Conduct routine audits to ensure energy isolation program compliance
• Lead routine meetings on High-Risk Activity and energy program progress
• Create and manage energy program reports for management
• Coordinate with Commissioning Manager on sequencing and testing
• Work with Lock Out/Tag Out program on energization steps
• Conduct FOD inspections before energization
• Review single-line drawings and confirm switch positions before activation
• Oversee grounding removal and final inspections
• Organize pre-energization meetings and approvals
