Mountainland Association of Governments is seeking an Energy Auditor and QCI Assistant to support Weatherization projects in Utah. You will assist with documentation review, field inspections, and safety measures, while supporting the energy audit process and NEAT program entries.

The role requires strong communication, data entry, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is an on-site, hourly position in Provo, with travel as needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; willingness to learn new software.

Mansioni

• Assist in client intake, production, and energy audit documentation review.
• Complete accurate data entry.
• Assist Energy Auditor or Quality Control Inspector in field inspections.
• Enter labor, invoices, and materials into NEAT program work orders.
• Assist field team in weatherization work and safety measures.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues and educate on new equipment.
• Investigate and resolve record discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
