Job summary

You will draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents; support real estate, project contracts, upstream and midstream M&A, and tax equity finance matters, while receiving mentorship and growth in a collaborative, top-tier environment.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 2–4 years of experience handling complex energy transactions.
• Strong academic credentials and professional references.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, project development, project finance, real estate, project contracts, and related transactional matters across the energy sector.
• Experience with upstream and midstream M&A, data center and power project contracts, and tax equity finance transactions is a plus.
• Outstanding analytical, drafting, negotiation, and oral communication skills.
