A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Manager for Regulatory functions in Buffalo Grove, IL. The role involves managing and optimizing financial, contractual, and regulatory aspects of electrical generation assets. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in managing energy assets, and familiarity with NERC compliance is essential. A Bachelor's in engineering and advanced proficiency in Excel are required. This is an on-site position, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing or operating generation assets in North American ISOs.
• 2+ years experience with NERC compliance in a management role or as a SME.
• Equivalent quantitative analytical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize financial aspects of electrical generation assets.
• Support backend settlement process for energy sales and emissions transactions.
• Develop and manage project budgets.

Skills
