Job summary

Exelon is building a cleaner, more reliable energy future and seeks a financial analyst to support business operations across its utility portfolio. You will perform modeling, forecasting, variance analysis and other financial analyses to drive performance and strategic decisions.

You will develop and organize performance reports, monitor KPIs, and assist with short- and long-range planning. Flexibility for extended hours during storms or energy events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and budgeting capabilities.
• Experience with performance metrics, variance analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in standard office software and business tools.
• Ability to present business cases to leadership and support planning.

Responsibilities

• Support short- and long-term business planning with financial analyses.
• Prepare statistical and operational reports for leadership.
• Model, forecast and analyze data to drive performance improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate performance management activities.
• Develop and present detailed performance reports for internal/external use.
