Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with 2–4 years related experience; or 3–6 years without degree.
• Understanding of performance metrics and business fundamentals in the relevant function.
• Proficiency in standard software and business technologies to retrieve and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in short- and long-range business planning with models, forecasts and analyses.
• Provide statistical information to optimize personnel, equipment and materials usage.
• Monitor operational performance and KPI trends across the organization.
• Develop and present detailed performance reports for internal and external use.
• Support business unit with analytical and operational guidance.
