Cloud Software Group’s Spotfire team is seeking a Customer Success Lead Data Scientist with Energy Industry expertise to join the NAM region, with preference for Houston, TX or Colorado. This role focuses on driving long-term customer success, adoption, retention, and value realization for strategic accounts.

You will act as trusted advisor, lead analytics deliverables using Spotfire, apply ML/AI techniques, and collaborate across sales, product, and engineering to shape outcomes and expand

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of data science experience using software environments and programming languages such as Spotfire, Python, R; experience with analytics tools.
• 6-8+ years of advanced data analytics and delivery of demonstrations or deployed software applications.
• 6-8+ years of Industry experience applying analytics to Energy sector data problems, with ability to translate business goals into mathematical solutions.

• Technical Strategy - translate business objectives into actionable success plans using Spotfire and data science skills.
• Trusted Advisor - conduct health assessments and build long-term customer advocacy.
