Job summary

PECO Energy Company seeks an Energy Acquisition (EA) Programs Manager to oversee the development and implementation of EA programs and systems, ensuring operations and financial support for PJM market purchases and energy-choice responsibilities.

You will lead the programs and systems team, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with regulatory and finance to ensure cost recovery and compliant processes across electric and gas programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in engineering, business or related field.
• Extensive experience in energy industry and utility program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of a comprehensive strategic plan for EA programs and systems.
• Manage the programs and systems team to support operations and wholesale functions.
• Lead vendor management, scope of work, vendor selection, and performance targets.
• Act as single point of contact for EA to ensure portfolio compliance.
