Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, applied sciences, agriculture, or IT.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in energy efficiency OR consumer programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate detailed RFI/RFQ/RFP documents to prospective third-party contractors.
• Support program promotion strategies, data collection procedures/forms, M&V requirements, and cost tracking.
• Ensure program implementation aligns with company goals and coordinates with multiple units.
• Provide technical and financial evaluation of proposals and advise on effective implementation.
