Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Energy Acquisition portfolio, directing the development and implementation of EA programs and systems. You will manage the EA team, coordinate with finance and regulatory partners, and drive improvements to meet cost-recovery and compliance goals in a dynamic market.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in utility program management, with collaboration across multiple stakeholders and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years in engineering, business or energy industry with 5 years in electric utility management.
• Proven leadership and management ability.
• Experience with analysis, modeling and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic plan for EA program portfolio.
• Lead programs and systems team for operations and billing.
• Manage projects including budget and scope with IT and SMEs.
• Oversee vendor management and contract performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory initiatives.
