Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking an Energetics Technician II to support production of energetic materials on site in Penrose and Pueblo, CO. The role involves setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining specialized equipment to ensure product quality and safety.

You will collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams, train staff, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 procedures. A high school diploma is required; a technical qualification is preferred, with 3–5 years in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in energetics, aerospace, or defense sectors.
• Understanding of explosive safety and energetic material handling.
• Proficiency reading blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions.
• Strong documentation discipline to support traceability and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot specialized equipment for propellant and explosive formulations.
• Lead assembly of rocket propulsion subsystems, integrating mechanical, electrical, and energetic components.
• Train personnel in operating procedures, safety protocols, and technical tasks.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and material requirements for accurate builds.
• Maintain production documentation, batch records, and quality assurance paperwork.
