Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Chemical Operations Technician to support production control for energetic materials. You will track raw materials, coordinate powder deliveries, and ensure accurate ERP records while following strict safety and SOPs.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing; familiarity with Microsoft Office and energetic materials is a plus. On-site work in Hollister, CA with overtime potential and a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Suite/Outlook.
• Previous ordnance/energetics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage raw material constituents, explosive powders and propellants.
• Dispatch Powder Blending team for distribution of energetic materials.
• Maintain safety and SOP adherence; ensure accurate material movement in ERP and logs.
• Complete documentation with high accuracy and support process improvements.
