Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience implementing and leading environmental, health and safety programs in manufacturing.
- Ability to conduct hazard analyses, risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Strong training and communication skills for site-wide campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead environmental, health and safety activities related to energetics manufacturing.
- Perform hazard analysis and risk assessments and participate in incident investigations.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage projects related to safety and process hazard analysis.
- Develop and deliver training programs to raise site-wide safety awareness.
- Serve as interface with employees, managers, customers, auditors, and regulators.
- Travel as required.
