Job summary

Kidcam Camp Programs is seeking a Summer Camp Counselor to supervise and engage with groups of children ages 5-13, modeling positive behavior and ensuring a safe, fun environment. You will lead activities, support transitions, and help create an inclusive camp culture.

You will participate in daily activities across sports, arts, science, and events, maintaining energy, patience, and teamwork while adapting plans for weather and individual camper needs.

Qualifications

• Supervise and engage with camper groups to ensure safety.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for every child.

Responsibilities

• Lead games, activities, and transitions for campers.
• Provide emotional support and behavior redirection as needed.
• Assist with end-of-day wrap-ups, progress notes, and closing activities.
• Support special events or closing activities throughout the camp.
