Qualifications

• At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced venue.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Must meet state legal age requirements for alcohol service.
• Ability to handle cash and credit and use a POS system.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.
• Serve cocktails and/or menu items; upsell when taking orders.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff; use the POS system.
• Monitor alcohol service and ensure guest safety; stop service as needed.
• Accurately account for all sales and payments.
• Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen for orders and timing.
