Job summary

DraftKings Sports & Social in Nashville, TN is seeking a part-time server to deliver high-energy, guest-focused service in a dynamic entertainment venue. You will greet guests, take beverage and food orders, serve drinks and menu items, and coordinate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations while upselling when appropriate.

Capable of handling payments, monitoring alcohol service, and maintaining knowledge of menu items to enhance guest experience; weekend and holiday

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage venue.
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, and garnishments.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.
• Serve cocktails and/or menu items to bar guests; up-sell when taking orders.
• Maintain energy, friendliness, and professionalism at all times.
• Provide outstanding and professional service with a smile to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and kitchen staff, verbally and via POS system.
• Verify guests' ages and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Account for sales and payments; perform side work as needed.
• Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen for ordering and receipt of food and beverages.
