Qualifications

• Proficient with POS systems.
• Familiar with industry best practices.

• Ability to stand on your feet through a shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and welcome them as if entering a home.
• Know the menu inside and out and make recommendations.
• Follow our Service Steps as outlined.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Keep a “never walk past a napkin on the floor” mentality.
• Deliver food and drinks with energy, warmth, and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist proactively.
• Communicate with the kitchen to ensure dishes shine.
• Handle payments and cash-handling procedures.
• Keep your section clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings.
• Work with teammates to keep energy high and service seamless.
