Job summary

Live! Hospitality & Entertainment is seeking a friendly and energetic Server for Miller Tavern & Beer Garden in Arlington, Texas. You will greet guests, take orders, serve drinks and food, and help create a lively bar and dining experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of serving in a fast-paced food and beverage venue, preferably nightclub.
• Fluent English is required.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage and food orders promptly and professionally.
• Serve cocktails and/or menu items, up-sell when taking orders.
• Maintain energy, friendliness, and professionalism at all times.
• Provide outstanding service with a smile to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff, using the POS system.
• Guide guests through menu items and upsell food and beverages.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest behavior.
• Perform side work and manage cash and payments accurately.
• Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen for smooth service.
