Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy shifts and ensure Five Guys standards are met.
• Coach and train Team Members on proper procedures.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety while managing shift operations.
• Monitor cash procedures and inventory data; report to General Manager.
