You will lead safe, high-energy classes for preschool to intermediate levels, following approved plans and safety protocols while fostering confidence and teamwork.

Whether you have a background in gymnastics, cheer, or other sports, or you are eager to learn, we provide training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Age minimum 16 years old.
• Experience with children in instructional or athletic settings preferred.
• Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or movement-based discipline preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct weekly gymnastics classes for preschool to intermediate-level athletes.
• Create a welcoming class environment aligned with the academy's philosophy.
• Follow class plans, progressions, and safety protocols provided by leadership.
• Provide age-appropriate instruction, challenging yet fun.
• Spot and correct athletes to ensure safety and skill development.
• Engage with parents before/after classes to provide feedback and build community.
• Maintain a clean training space and assist with setup/teardown of equipment.
• Monitor athletes for injuries or safety concerns and follow gym protocols.
• Collaborate with teammates and management for smooth transitions.
• Attend staff trainings, meetings, and evaluations.
• Represent academy values of respect, teamwork, and excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
