Dominique Dawes Gymnastics Academy is seeking an entry-level Recreational Gymnastics Coach to lead safe, high-energy classes for children of all ages and skill levels. You’ll follow class plans, support holistic development, and help athletes build confidence, coordination, strength, and teamwork in a positive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 16 years old.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct weekly gymnastics classes for preschool, beginner, and intermediate athletes.
• Follow class plans, skill progressions, and safety protocols provided by leadership.
• Provide age-appropriate instruction that challenges athletes while ensuring fun.
• Offer spotting and corrections to support skill development and safety.
• Engage with parents before and after classes to provide feedback and build community.
• Maintain a clean and organized training space; assist with setup and teardown.
