Job summary

The Salvation Army Omaha Kroc Center is seeking energetic individuals for a part-time Recreation & Sports Attendant role. You will ensure a clean, safe and fun environment, handle check-in/out documentation, and assist in coaching, officiating and programming.

Qualifications include English proficiency, ability to speak before groups, teamwork, attention to detail, and CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days. Background checks are required, with flexible, community-facing duties.

• English proficiency is required; Spanish language skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with guests to provide an excellent experience in the program area.
• Promote a culture of hospitality where guests feel welcome and events are well attended.
• Maintain cleaning, equipment support and inventory in the assigned program area.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and documentation is completed.
• Assist with tracking statistical information and reporting to management.
• Cover recreation and sports duties as assigned and support programming.
