Job summary

The Salvation Army Omaha Kroc Center is seeking energetic, relationship-oriented individuals for a part-time Recreation & Sports Attendant role. You will ensure a clean, safe, and fun environment, handle check-in/out for guests, and assist with coaching and programming across recreation spaces.

Qualifications include high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, ability to speak to groups, teamwork, and basic computer use.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required; Spanish helpful.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team.
• General computer knowledge is required to access payroll, timekeeping and personal data via a web-based system.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with guests to provide an excellent experience in the program area.
• Promote a culture of outstanding customer hospitality and well-attended events.
• Maintain cleaning, equipment support and inventory in the assigned area.
• Assist Recreation & Sports Specialists with coaching, officiating and programming tasks.
