Job summary

Illuminate is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will track progress, collect data, and communicate with families to support development in communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role requires an active RBT credential, reliability for evening sessions, and willingness to drive to client locations.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Recent experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities in home settings preferred.
• Must maintain flexible availability across days/times including daytime, after-school, and evenings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions and document data.
• Maintain professional communication with families and team members.
