Job summary

Smugglers' Notch Resort is seeking a Receiver/Prep Cook to perform a variety of tasks across resort facilities, including purchasing and distributing alcohol to resort locations, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage areas.

You will assist with prep or catering, rotate stock for FIFO freshness, and help with preventative maintenance of equipment, while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. This role requires high energy and self-motivation.

Qualifications

• Ability to move between multiple resort facilities.
• Comfort working in different temperatures and with kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing and distributing alcohol to resort locations.
• Receiving deliveries from vendors and verifying orders.
• Organizing and maintaining storage areas.
• Help perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Support kitchen leadership with prep or catering for locations.
• Rotate products for first in/first out freshness.
